Custom Items and Made to Order

Current Lead time is 21 days, orders will mostly be finished earlier than this but with a toddler & baby, life can be unpredictable! If you need something by a certain date, let me know and I should be able to work something out!

Postage

Postage prices listed is for postage via Australia Post, I post on Tuesdays and Fridays, unless you need it sooner.

Postage is by the cheapest method available, I will refund excess postage. If you would like express/insured/tracked post, please contact me. 

Please ensure you have provided me with the correct postage address.

Refunds

Customer satisfaction is my utmost priority. While I do my best to represent my products accurately, there may be some variation in colours, pattern layout etc.

Many of the fabrics used are vintage, while I try and use mainly new or very good condition, sometimes they are “not perfect”, mostly they will be gently worn at worst. I do not use fabrics with major fading, holes, smells (ewwww!) etc. 

I do not refund or exchange unless otherwise specified in the item description, that being said, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let me know and I'll do my best to resolve the issue!
